We are a family owned and operated estate sale company specializing in not only antiques and fine art but automotive sales, tools, electronics, jewelry, vintage, trendy, and unique items. Our objective is to serve our clients with personalized commitment, compassion, and efficiency to maximize returns. Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, downsizing, moving, or going through a divorce, we will handle the entire process. From cleaning out, organizing, marketing, and pricing each item, we will manage the sale in its entirety. Every member of our team is friendly and approachable and will represent your estate as if it were their own. We are very knowledgeable and will do research to ensure items are priced at fair market value.
The Process
We understand the needs and goals of our client, which allows us to ensure a completely transparent experience for the client and the consumer alike. We provide a free onsite walkthrough and consultation where we can evaluate the property’s contents and advise the client appropriately.
The preparation will take 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the estate and number of items that will be for sale. We will sort, clean, organize and stage all items to be sold. The home will be transformed into a grand shopping experience for the consumers. All valuable items will be kept under watchful eyes near the check-out point. Any items not for sale will be kept in secure places out of public view. The estate sale will be advertised in multiple ways to provide the most successful sale possible along with notifying active buyers in the area. We will then manage the sale in a professional manner with our priority being the sale of as many items as possible.
